Terms & Conditions
RATES:
All rates are
quoted in the currency specified and are subject to
amendments in the event of changes in local economic
conditions.
Should incoming tourism become subject to VAT, the
applicable percentage will be added to all rates.
All quotations are subject to change until
confirmation of hotel accommodation is given.
Prices may be amended due to circumstances beyond the
agency’s control. The quotation is based on an
afternoon/evening arrival and morning
departure unless otherwise stated. No
sightseeing is included on the days of arrival and
departure unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Prices will only be guaranteed upon receipt of
full payment.
Certain special services and requests, including but not
limited to, the Tunnel, Yad Vashem, Masses, High Mass
and Solemn Entry, are fully booked and are subject to
availability. Confirmations may require 6
months advance notice and times are controlled by the
management of the various sites.
Masses, High Mass and Solemn Entry are set by the
Christian Information Center and only open for
reservation 2-4 weeks prior.
While we will make every effort we can’t Mass
confirmations or times.
TOUR ITINERARIES:
We reserve the right
to amend any tour itinerary as necessary.
During periods conventions, congresses, holiday,
special events and any unforeseen circumstances we may
have to make last-minute changes to the sequence of the
tour. Tours
operating during holiday periods may have changes in
hotels, sightseeing, city sequences and/or inclusions.
Every effort will be made to visit all sites mentioned
in the tour itinerary.
LAND SERVICES:
HOTELS:
Our quotation is based on the hotels
listed or similar.
We reserve the right to substitute hotels of
similar category for all reservations.
Standard check-out time is 12:00 noon, late
check-out will be charged a full night’s rate.
During high season, religious holidays or special
events hotels may request non-refundable deposits
to confirm your reservation.
Clients will be advised as soon as possible if
this becomes necessary and you will have the option of
releasing hotel space rather than incur the obligation.
Hotels require the status of groups 60 days prior
to arrival. Rooming lists are required at least 30
days prior to arrival.
Every effort will be made to secure
non-smoking rooms
in all hotels.
However, this cannot be guaranteed.
Some Jewish hotels, including those in Tiberias,
Jerusalem, the Dead Sea, Tel Aviv and Eilat only allow
check-in after Shabbat is over on Saturdays and
Jewish Holidays.
Nearly all hotels in the Holy Land are Jewish hotels and
are Kosher.
Twin and/or double-bedded, run of the house rooms with
private baths are used unless otherwise specified.
There is a limited number of Single Rooms available, usually no more
than 10% of the total number of rooms.
Single Room
Supplements are charged by hotels for all single
rooms.
A triple room consists of a roll-away bed added to the
regular room or a mini-sofa bed that opens up into a
bed. A triple
room price is available upon request, although triple
rooms are not recommended.
Porterageont at all hotels is included
in your price. Most porters at hotels also ask for
an additional tip which is at your discretion.
Air Conditioning:
Most hotels have a single piping system which
provides both heating and air conditioning to the
property, although not simultaneously.
Air conditioning is provided in the spring,
heating in the fall.
During periods of unusual temperatures you may
experience discomfort.
MEALS:
Meals are
provided as indicated on each tour itinerary.
All breakfast and dinners
are at the hotels unless otherwise stated otherwise.
Dinners at hotels are table d’hote and limited to specific dining rooms.
There
is no refund for unused meals at hotels.
TRANSPORTATION:
We use only licensed tourist vehicles and buses that fully comply with all
government regulations.
All motorcoaches feature large picture windows, air-conditioning,
comfortable, reclining seats and courteous drivers.
Bus Size:
In the Holy Land groups of up to 15 passengers will use
a 19-seat coach.
Groups of 16 or more will use a 50-seat coach.
The largest coach has 50 seats.
In Jordan and Egypt quotes
are based on medium sized buses (30-35 seats) for groups
up to 30 passengers. There is a supplement to use a
50-seat coach for groups of 30 passengers or less. <
Our price is per bus load.
Groups over 50
passengers will require two buses, two guides and two
drivers.
Prices will be per bus load (i.e 64 passengers will be
accommodated in two buses of 32 passengers each, billed
at the 32 passenger rate).
CANCELLATION FEES:
Below is our cancellation schedule for land
arrangements only and does not include special
non-refundable deposits requested by hotels.
For group reservations, we do
not charge cancellation fees for drops in numbers up to
10% of the total group size at 31 days prior to
departure.
Fees for Full Group Cancellation:
31+ days: no charge except for any prior
non-refundable deposits required by hotels
15-30 days: 50% of tour
fee
07-14 days: 75% of tour
fee
00-07 days: 100% of tour
fee (full cancellation fees)
For cancellations of up to
20% of group size the following cancellation schedule
would be applied.

The cancellation schedule
for FIT (individual) bookings is the same as above.

We strongly recommend that clients
purchase adequate travel insurance including
cancellation cover.
PAYMENT:
Unless otherwise arranged, a
deposit of 50% is required 30 days prior to arrival and
full payment is required at least 15 days prior to
arrival. All
payments must be made by wire transfer or bank draft.
At
any time hotels may request a non-refundable deposit to
maintain reservations.
You will be notified of this request immediately.
Hotels may cancel bookings if deposit is not
received. If
the booking is cancelled we can’t guarantee space at the
same hotel and reserve the right to book the best hotel
available.
PASSPORTS:
All passports must be valid
for 6 months beyond your return date for all tour
participants.
VISAS:
Certain nationalities require
visas to Israel which must be obtained before departure
from your home country.
Our office can apply on your behalf for group
visas and individual visa for countries that do not have
diplomatic relations with Israel (Indonesian and
Malaysian). A group must consist of at least 10 people
for visa application processing. The visa takes at least
21 working days to process. We recommend sending us the
passport manifest 30 days in advance of the group’s
arrival (more time may be needed around holidays or
special events).
Visas are issued at the sole discretion of the
Ministry of Interior and they may refuse the whole visa
application or certain individuals on the visa
application without giving any reason.
We are not
responsible for any visa application rejection by the
Ministry of Interior. The visa fee is an application
processing fee and is paid to the Ministry of Interior.
It is non-refundable even if the visa application or
part of it is rejected. Entry to Israel is at the
discretion of Israeli government and they may refuse
entry to the Holy Land at their discretion. We are not
responsible for any refusal of entry to the Holy Land.
BORDER REGULATIONS:
Israel Departure Taxes
(subject to change without notice):
Allenby Bridge
: $32 per person
Taba, Arava & Sheikh Hussien :
$19 per person
Jordan exit taxes are JOD5pp.
Departure taxes at the airports for Israel and Jordan
are paid on the airline ticket.
GRATUITIES & TIPS:
In the Holy Land, it is
customary to tip guides, drivers and porters. When
traveling on our tour programs the following guideline
should be used for tipping:
Tour Guide:
$3-5 per person per day including the days of
arrival and departure
Bus Driver:
$2-4 per person per day including the days of
arrival and departure
Hotel Staff:
$1-2 per person per day including the days of
arrival and departure
A 15% tip is the average in
lunch restaurants that are not part of the tour package.
Remember that a tip or gratuity is earned for services
rendered in a courteous and professional manner.
LIABILITY:
Premium Global Tours Ltd. acts as a tour
operator and will not assume liability for any loss,
damage, delay or accident of any kind that may occur due
to the negligence of any company, hotel proprietor or
other person responsible for the provision of services.
The suppliers
providing transportation, sightseeing arrangements and
hotel accommodations for the tour program are
independent contractors and are not agents or employees
of Premium Global Tours Ltd. All services provided and
vouchers issued are subject to the terms and conditions
specified by suppliers.
By utilizing the service of the suppliers, you agree
that Premium Global Tours Ltd.
will not be liable for any change in flight or
itinerary schedule, strikes, delay, acts of governments,
fires, riots, theft, pilferage, epidemics, quarantine,
medical or customs regulations, accident, loss, injury,
or damage to you or to those traveling with you in
connection with any accommodations, transportation or
any other services or resulting directly or indirectly
from any occurrence or conditions beyond its control,
including defects in vehicles, breakdown in equipment,
thefts, delay or cancellation of or changes in itinerary
for any act, omission, or event during the time you are
on board the aircraft.
Neither Premium Global Tours Ltd. and/or agents of the
airlines concerned are to be held responsible for the
late arrival of passengers at airports or resorts due to
inclement weather, nor are they to be held liable for
payment or any refund for transfers or unused hotel
accommodations or meals occasioned by such late arrivals
at the hotels holding rooms as confirmed itineraries.
Passengers must bear all such losses or expenses. To
guard against unforeseen health or other circumstances,
we recommend you purchase travel insurance. Premium
Global Tours Ltd. is not responsible for inability for
trip to depart as scheduled, such as cancellations due
to acts of war and/or terrorism, war, God, or nature
takes place, Premium Global Tours Ltd. is not liable for
any restitution of any kind to any party.
